Software Requirements
Q. Which browser is supported by Attuned?
Attuned Dashboard users (Team Managers, Admins, and Owner)
  • Google Chrome is recommended
  • Other browsers:Safari、Firefox
  • Internet Explorer is not supported

※ Please turn off auto translation function

Respondents (to take Motivator Survey & Engagement Survey)
  • Mobile device access is available (smartphone, tablet)
  • No browser limitations

Q.   I cannot receive emails.

Company or mailer spam filter might be blocking emails so please check your spam folder first. If your colleagues are also facing the same, you might need to add the sender email as whitelist of your company mail filter. Please check with your IT team.

Q.  Attuned cannot be shown properly.

Please check Software Requirements. Since Attuned uses several frameworks, it's reported that Attuned cannot be displayed properly depending on each company's firewall settings.

Engagement Survey
Q. Can I change Engagement Survey sender?

The Owner is the sender of both Motivator Assessment and Engagement Survey ( Owner’s name and email address will be displayed) so you need to edit Owner's name or the email address from the Owner's account.

For further information, please refer Attuned System Manual <Let’s Get Started> Chapter 3.

Account Settings
Q. Managers cannot access to the Dashboard.

Manager cannot simply access the Dashboard by added as a Manager by Admins but also need to set up login password by themselves. If you cannot find a notification email, your Manager account have to be deleted and be registered again.

Q. Can I assign members to admins or managers from the member page?

You can see Admins/Managers on the member page, but you cannot assign roles there. You will need to register them through "Account Settings".

Q. Can I reset my password?

You can reset password following these steps below.

  1. Click “Forgot your password” on the login screen

  1. Enter your email address and click “SEND ME PASSWORD RESET LINK”

  1. Open the email and click reset link on the email

Q. Can I mass import members?

Yes, Attuned provides upload capability using CSV.

Q. Is it possible to mass edit members information?

This is not available with current UI, but we can offer customization through our API.

Dashboard
Q. Which day's data is used for Dashboard?

The latest Engagement Survey results is reflected on Dashboard.

Engagement level, Engagement Survey response rate and Motivator Evaluation is updated every 30 minutes once more than 3 respondents take the latest Engagement Survey.

Q. What do the weather icons represent?

The weather icons represent the action priority (the worse the weather is, the higher the priority becomes). Priority is decided based on top motivators and Motivator Evaluation.

Q. Can I change frequency of Engagement Survey?

Yes, you have a choice of sending automatic Engagement Surveys following below regular cycles:

  • 6 questions every two weeks
  • 12 questions every month
  • 36 questions every quarter

It is possible to put the cycle on hold by postponing next survey to a future date. This is convenient if a survey falls on a long holiday like year end holiday.

Q. Are there any automatic reminder for respondents who don’t complete the survey?

Yes, there are. Automatic reminders are sent twice for respondents who don’t complete the survey. The first one is sent 2days after the Survey sent and the another is 2 days after the first reminder.
